Notice & Takedown

Send your notice to legal@example.com. So that we can act without asking you for follow-ups, a valid notice needs all of the following:

• What is affected - the exact URL of each listing, image, or page you are reporting.
• What the right is - the trademark, copyrighted work, or other right you hold, and enough detail for us to identify it.
• Why it infringes - a plain explanation of how the reported content infringes that right.
• Who you are - your name, the rightsholder you represent, and contact details.
• A statement of good faith - confirmation that your report is accurate and made in good faith, and that you are the rightsholder or authorised to act for them.

We acknowledge every notice we receive. We aim to assess complete notices within five business days and, where a report is upheld, remove or disable the reported content promptly.

We tell the seller what was removed and why, so they can respond. Where an order is already in progress, funds stay held in escrow until the matter is resolved rather than being released to either side.

Sellers whose content has been removed may reply to the notification with a counter-statement explaining why the content is lawful - for example, a licence, permission from the rightsholder, or a misidentified listing. We review counter-statements and restore content where the objection is well founded.

Repeated infringement leads to account suspension. Deliberately false reports and deliberately false counter-statements are both treated as abuse of this process.

Use the same address to report content that is unlawful for reasons other than infringement - fraudulent listings, stolen accounts, or attempts to move payment off-platform. Include the same level of detail so we can act on the report.
